Refund and Return Policy

We enforce a strict same-day return policy. Because MONOFLORA ACTIVE is an ingestible health supplement, all return requests must be initiated via email on the exact same day your tracking number marks the package as delivered. Any requests made after the delivery date will be strictly rejected.

To protect consumer safety and prevent tampering, your item must be in its original, pristine condition: completely unopened, unused, with all outer and inner safety seals fully intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Strict Liability Clause: Opened bottles, broken safety seals, or items where the packaging has been compromised will absolutely not be accepted or refunded under any circumstances.

Delivery Inspection & Broken Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon courier arrival. Do not accept the delivery package from the courier if the outer shipping box is found in a broken, crushed, ripped, or compromised form.

If the shipping box appeared fine but you discover an internal item defect or damage upon opening the package, you must email us photographic evidence and apply for a remedy on that exact same day of delivery at monofloraactive@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Process & Customer Shipping Charges

To initiate a return, you must contact us immediately on your delivery day at monofloraactive@gmail.com.

  • Shipping Expenses: All return shipping charges, logistics fees, and original delivery costs are the sole financial responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are completely non-refundable.

  • Do not mail any items back without receiving explicit authorization via email. Items sent back to us without a same-day approved return request will be permanently discarded and no refund will be issued.

  • Once your refund claim is formally approved via email, you will receive instructions on how and where the authorized return can be sent.

Non-Returnable Items & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances on sale items, clearance products, promotional bundles, or gift cards.

The most efficient way to get the product you need is to return your eligible, unopened item, and once the return is officially accepted, place a separate purchase for a new item.

Refunds Processing

We will notify you via email once we have received and strictly inspected your returned bottle to verify that the factory safety seals are uncompromised. We will notify you whether your refund has been officially approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing days to post the funds to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return approval, please contact us at monofloraactive@gmail.com.
